Store co-owners Claire Reeve and Courtland Smith opened No. Four Eleven Two years ago in the heart of downtown Savannah. Neither Reeve nor Smith are from the Savannah area. Reeve is from North Carolina and Smith from Maryland, yet an outside perspective is what sparked the initial idea for the shop and gives it its quintessential feel.
They both longed for certain items that weren't readily available in the Savannah area. So they created a place with a crisp, fresh and youthful feel. The shop sells everyday decorative items for bed, bath and home. The boutique is filled with bright whites and handpicked new and antique furniture, painted in pastels and upholstered in vibrant stripes. In addition, No. Four Eleven specializes in monogramming. Every monogram is custom designed and created for each customer, and can be placed on anything from a cocktail napkin to a dining room chair. Within their first year, their style has been recognized by such publications as Better Homes and Gardens and Southern Accents.
No. Four Eleven's individual style brings together both classic ideas and traditional pieces that are reinvigorated with a fresh eye and a touch of custom personalization.
